Is the electrical panel correctly assembled?
Good afternoon. One brigade of electricians gathered a shield (there were problems with the brigade and we stopped cooperating). The next construction team came and said that the shield was not connected correctly (the machines would not work). Is it possible to determine from the photo whether it is correctly assembled or is it necessary to redo it? Thanks in advance.
