Why does the light switch close after wiring in a new building?

Hello, I was wired in a new building, the lamps have not been installed yet, have not settled yet. It turned out by chance that on the ceiling in the bedroom, the cord for the switch is the same as for the lamp. In short, the switch closes. The wire for the circuit breaker is held in the hyperbaric partition. The ceiling is also gyro. Do you need to break everything to fix it? The electrician, probably was not very professional, six months have passed, I’m ringing-up the phone.

Good afternoon! That is, when the switch is turned on, the machine knocks out? Is there a problem in the wiring? Maybe this can be solved by sorting out the distribution box switch. The problem may be in it. If you have to change the cord, then you can tie a new one and stretch it for the one that is. But most likely you need to look at the junction box.
