One lamp I connected 3 and 4, how to connect the first 2 to work? At the first attempt, the corks were knocked out, I did not try it again, I did not find anywhere the designations in black and white

Further, in the lamp, how many shades or how many lamp groups do you want to make? If two, then you need to twist 1 wire from each lampshade - this will be a common wire, connect it to zero, and connect the remaining two wires to the phases from the switch keys. Why do you have 4 wires from the ceiling? Before that, was there a lamp hanging there? How was it connected?
