Why does the ELICA GEA 2M GR A60 range hood blow in the opposite direction?

Hello! Hood ELICA GEA 2M GR A60. Dismantled, cleaned, assembled. The result of the assembly - one fan pulls out, the other “blows” (my wife put it that way). Power is supplied through the light bulbs and the 4-position slide switch and the tip of the sliding part of the filter. 4 wires on the motor, all ends connected in parallel. Something I'm stupid, what's wrong. The wife erased the sticker with the wiring diagram diligently. I don’t understand what kind of motors, but there are no capacitors. Thanks in advance.

Good afternoon! Try to swap the wires in the fan that blows in the opposite direction. Most likely the polarity was mixed up.
