Harpoon soldering machine for stretch ceiling. On the one hand, minus on the other, plus a ribbon between them. Previously, this tape warmed evenly, but now it solders on one side, that is, warms more. What is the reason? How to fix it.
The reason is that the spiral or thread in the heating element has become thinner, or close the turns (if there is a spiral). The heating element needs to be changed most likely. I see no other objective reasons for local overheating of the heating element.
