Can an electric meter wind other people's kilowatts?

Can an electric meter of the first accuracy class (CE 101 R5 145 M6) installed on the landing in the general control room, where 3 more electric meters from other apartments and a mass of wires including antennas, “absorb” the induction currents of other consumers and “wind” kilowatts to my counter? I have a single meter of accuracy class 1.
