Can I use a bulb-powered outlet?
Hello. I recently had a lamp socket installed. It works when the light is turned on. The cartridge has recently burned out: the light is off, but the outlet is working. Tell me, is it possible to use such a socket for a night lamp? And if possible, is there anything you need to do with the lamp, it does not work, but does the current flow there?
Most likely the case is in the lamp holder, careful disassembly and replacement of it will return the built-in device. The power of the connected load to such an outlet is limited by a switch current of 10 amperes. So the night light is quite suitable.
