Is it possible to operate the machine in the shield when a short circuit occurs to the input shield?

Hello! Can a circuit breaker or fuse installed in the input shield be triggered when a short circuit occurs in the input wire from the power line support to the input shield?

    Hello! Maybe if there was a voltage surge, the circuit breaker or fuse could have triggered due to a surge in current.
