Connecting a photo relay and a light switch to control street lighting at home

There is a task. Street lighting in the form of lamps along the contour of the house, divided into five zones. Everything should turn on from the light sensor. But the upper part of the house’s contour is divided into three zones with the ability to turn off the switch so that it does not shine through stained-glass windows at night. A two-stable relay or pass-through switches solve the problem of only switching off by zones.

Question:

How to turn on the backlight from the light sensor with the ability to control the upper three zones from the switch?

Hello! But isn’t it easier to put a separate light sensor on these three zones and a regular switch in series with it so that when the light is not needed you can force it to turn off?
