Hello! It is necessary in the bathroom to turn on both the light and the exhaust fan with one key outside the room (just one). But at the same time, you need to be able to turn off / on only the exhaust fan indoors. Is it possible? If so, how to do it? Passing switches and a pulse relay, apparently, do not fit, or am I mistaken? Thank!

Hello! The easiest way is to break the phase with a switch from the outside and power both the fan and the lamp from it, but in order to turn off the fan as needed, it is additionally necessary to install a switch on the line from the lamp to the fan, which will break the phase on the fan.
Even easier to buy a fan with a switch. Examples of such in the photo, one of the fans in general with a motion sensor. You can modify the fan without a switch yourself, having cut out a window in the front panel and set the toggle switch there. But with such decisions it will not be possible to turn on the fan with the lights off, although I think you are unlikely to be there in the dark.
