Why is the hood shocking when touched?
Hello. When you touch the hood and electric cooker at the same time, it is shocking. The electric stove is grounded, and the hood has a plug without grounding. The problem manifested itself for the first time in several years. I don’t think that before both objects were not touched at the same time. Thank!
You can try to ground the hood by replacing the wire with the plug with ground and screwing the PE (yellow-green) core of the wire to the grounding contact of the plug and the hood body. Should help.
But there may be a problem in the grounding of the electric stove, you can try to check the phase on the cases of each of the devices, for example with an indicator screwdriver.
