Hello! Previously, it might not have fought, but maybe it didn’t touch at the same time. Any electrical appliance can begin to shock when it touches its body and a grounded object at the same time if it somewhere has a leak on the body, that is, the insulation is damaged, for example.
You can try to ground the hood by replacing the wire with the plug with ground and screwing the PE (yellow-green) core of the wire to the grounding contact of the plug and the hood body. Should help.
But there may be a problem in the grounding of the electric stove, you can try to check the phase on the cases of each of the devices, for example with an indicator screwdriver.
