Why does the main automatic machine beat out on 32 A?
When the water heater or the washing machine is turned on, the main automatic machine for 32 A is knocked out, and the one standing directly on the water heater 16A is not knocked out. What is the reason?

Determine exactly the difavtomat or 32-amp machine you have installed. What happens if I plug something else into this outlet? Then what happened?
Another option: turn off the machine, disconnect the outgoing wires, check with a tester for resistance (leakage) between the wires. Try the same known-good machine.
