Phasing: on a 3-phase meter, they connected 1 phase normal, and 2 and 3 phases of the same name. Will this affect the correct calculation of the load and in which direction?

Three-phase counters count each phase separately, then by differentiation they derive the overall result. So do not flatter yourself, the counter will not fool itself.
