Why doesn't the light go out in the hood?

In the hood, for no reason, the lamps light up, dimly, when pressed, the shutdown lights up brighter. What is the reason?

    Hello! In this case, the tester should ring the backlight circuit. If halogen lamps are installed, the cause may be improper operation of the transformer, for LEDs - a ballast. Also check the power button itself.
