Why is there no phase in the outlet?

There are 3 wires in the outlet: phase, zero, earth. There is no phase on one of the wires, in addition to this outlet, another is connected through the wall and it works normally. Why is there no phase in the outlet and what should I do to solve the problem?

If the socket is connected from the same wire, then everything is simple - the contact in the socket disappeared, did you check the phase in the socket or on the wires? Where is the branch to the outlet through the wall? Is there a branch from the contacts of your faulty outlet or in the wall? Which of the outlets is the wire “directly” connected to, or both through connections? Or is a wall outlet plugged into another line?
Everything is simple - either the wire broke somewhere, and if there is a phase and zero on the wires, then it’s still easier - there is a problem in the socket.
