Why does the iron not heat up after cleaning with salt?

Good afternoon! Iron after cleaning with salt stopped heating, in general it does not work. What is the reason? Model Tefal ULTRAGLISS.

    Hello! The reason is that you cannot clean the iron with salt. The sole should be cleaned with special tools or at least citric acid. Try to disassemble the iron and clean it properly. A fuse may also blow if the sole does not heat up at all.
