Why does the difavtomat work when the hob is turned on?
The apartment has completely done a new wiring. A separate VVG-ng cable with a cross section of 6 mm2 was laid on the hob and a separate difavtomat was installed at 32A. (Schneider Electric 1P + N 32A 30mA type AC 4.5kA characterization C series Easy9).
We recently installed a kitchen and connected an Electrolux ipe6463ki induction hob. When you turn on one burner to a maximum (2.6 kW), everything is fine. When the PowerBoost mode (3.2 kW fast heating) is turned on at the same burner, a difavtomat works. Or, if you turn on the second one in the normal mode in the first mode, the difavtomat also works. Please tell me what could be the reason? I myself sin on a faulty difavtomat. How to understand the reason? Thank.
Hello! Perhaps you are right and the machine is malfunctioning. How does it work? Immediately after turning on? Perhaps its terminals are poorly tightened and the contacts heat up. In general, do you have the opportunity to measure the actual current consumption of the stove?
It works within 1-2 seconds after turning on the PowerBoost mode, or the second comfort.
I also thought about the terminals, but checked, it seems everything is stretched out.
Unfortunately, there is no opportunity to measure real current.
Well then try to change the machines.
