Why the LG music center does not turn on (power blinks)?

There is a LG music center, when starting, some crackles are heard in the region of the coil and capacitor, but it does not even start. What could be the reason and how to eliminate it? And the power indicator blinks.

    Hello! Which coil? What capacitor? First, inspect the electrolytes, if their condition is unsatisfactory - change. If satisfactory, check with a tester. Then we will dig further.
