Why does the machine cut down when the make-up mirror with 19 lamps is turned on?

Good day. I decided to make a makeup mirror for 19 lamps. Used a 2x1.5 copper wire, E14 lampholder, Ergolux ice lamps 7w, switch (toggle switch) 12A, parallel connection, total wire length about 7m. When you connect the circuit to the network, it turns off the machine in the shield and the plug melts. TDM C32 submachine gun, I tried the submachine gun, turned it on from different sockets, turned off different vending machines.

The answer to the question:

Try to unscrew all the lamps and turn on the network without load. Then turn the lamps one by one and see what happens. Either a short in the cartridge, or something with one of the lamps. there may be a reason for this.

The same trouble only I have 12 e27 lamps
Only 2 lamps were handed but the situation is one-on-one what I can’t understand at all
