Why does the lamp in the spotlight go out after heating?

The floodlight is similar in design to mercury fluorescent lamps. The same transformer is a capacitor and some kind of relay. The problem is that after turning on the lamp, the lamp lights up and starts heating up, and immediately goes out after heating (the coil starts to howl as if under a good load) and until it cools down (only the lamp has cooled down immediately turns on). I can’t understand, maybe where something is not connected?
