Why doesn't the UV lamp for nails work?

The ultraviolet lamp for manicure does not work. When plugged in, it lights up for a second and goes out. I disassembled the power button, as the parts departed, reassembled, turned on, began to work. When plugged in again, it stopped working again. What to do, what is the problem? The board is OK, the normal capacitors are not swollen, the soldering is normal, everything is soldered, nothing is leaving.

As far as I know, all lamps have a “on” mode, but there is a button that turns it on for a certain time. Specify.

    The problem is either in the button, or in the contacts of the lamps, or as it is called correctly. But I can not check the lamps because I do not know their permissible voltage
