How to connect a new electric stove if the old one was connected from two phases?

Hello. I bought a new stove, but it is without wire, I want to connect it from the old one. Can this be done? The old oven is connected with 2 phases, but for some reason there is no such method in the connection diagram for the new furnace, so it cannot be connected in the same way? Connect to phase 1?
