Why does the Iph indicator not equal to I0 light up on the Energy meter counter?

On the meter of the Energy meter CE 200, the indicator Iph does not equal I0. Question: can this be a consequence of the fact that the neighbor behind the wall connected one phase from me or only one zero? Because if he would take both phase and zero, then as I understand it, the indicator would not earn. Or maybe some other reason? Thanks in advance.

Yes, if the neighbor really connected one phase or zero from you, then for this reason it shows. The counter recorded that there is an imbalance of phase and zero current - a sign of theft of electricity. In this case, the meter does not correctly calculate the amount of electricity consumed. In modern electronic meters, all data on connection manipulations is recorded and, when checked by representatives of the power supply organization, you will be fined, the value of which will depend on several factors, one of the main ones is the time during which this imbalance has been.
