Hello, a question has arisen. Armstrong lamps on the metal ceiling were changed at the facility. This is the floor of the attic. Changed to LED Armstrong, they do not have a terminal for grounding and there is no pure zero at the facility. A “zero” and a separate phase with 380 were taken from the ground terminal. The lamp does not shine, but the case is grounded to ground. The case touches the ceiling and sometimes a small spark. Explain what is up to how?

Hello! Did you take zero from the lamp terminal? Of course it will not shine. You need to take zero from scratch. At your site specifically, zero and earth are one and the same. When does a spark jump? When turning on the lamp? Ensure good contact with the ground and insulate the phase well.
