Why is there a hole on the chandelier through which wires are visible?

Please tell me there are holes on the chandelier, wires stick out, is it a marriage or should it be so, is it not safe?

    Hello! This hole does not constitute a danger, because it is insulated inside the wire, right? Photo of small resolution, there is no way to examine in detail what kind of hole it is. Most likely, a plug should be provided, just the factory would not leave a hole, I think so. This, as you call, a hole is probably needed in order to make it easier to replace the wires from the chandelier if necessary.
