Why are energy-saving lamps blinking (added another to the circuit)?

Hello! Two energy-saving lamps blink. There was light on the street, but there wasn’t on the veranda. I decided to connect another light bulb to the same wire (street light). The street lamp, which was burning normally before, and a new one from the veranda began to flash. The switch is one. How to fix blinking?

    Hello! And you did not sequentially connect them randomly? The description is similar to this. Lamps need to be connected in parallel in your case.

    I think that the problem was in the lamp, I had the same moment, asked the seller where I bought it, they answered me that it was in the lamp, changed it, and now it’s not blinking
