Why spark all the sockets in the house after replacing the wiring?

Please tell me, the electrician did the wiring in the house of the new wiring. After the repair was completed, sockets began to spark, both new and old. I am not a guru in electrics, but I noticed the connection of machines is from below and not from above. Could the sparking be the wrong connection?

In principle, it does not matter where the machines are connected from. This is needed more for clarity during maintenance (usually they are connected from above). Counter question: do all electrical appliances spark out sockets? Spark when you turn on the plug in them or constantly, even during operation? In any case, does not affect the arcing from where the machines are connected.

If they spark when switching on devices with a switching power supply - this is normal, a spark always jumps. This is charging the input smoothing capacity. Such devices include all modern electronics: televisions, acoustics, chargers for smartphones and laptops, computers, etc. If you turn on any electrical devices you need to make sure the quality of the sockets themselves. Which manufacturer’s products did you install?
