Why does the indicator screwdriver glow from grounding?
Good evening. I measured with a probe-screwdriver the grounding in the socket (yellow-green wire) - the diode is on. A little duller than in the phase. How is it and why does the indicator screwdriver burn on ground?
In this case, the reason may be:
1) It just shows a tip, but in reality there is no tension.
2) Somewhere on the grounded case of the electrical appliance, a phase breaks through.
3) A malfunction in the mains supply or perhaps the electricians incorrectly connected the grounding of your apartment, a fault on the line - somewhere there was a zero break and a potential appeared on your ground. Check that the wiring ground is connected correctly. And in general, in what condition is the supply network. Perhaps the operation of such a grounding is generally dangerous - contact the specialists to be told exactly about your line, the wiring status in the house, in your apartment, whether everything is connected correctly and meets the requirements.
