Is it possible to connect the wire from the meter to the bottom terminal of the machine?

Is there a difference to which terminal of the machine to connect the phase wire from the meter and the wire from consumers? For example, if you connect the wire from the meter to terminal 2, and from the consumers to terminal 1?

    There is a difference. According to the PUE, you need to connect power to the machine to a fixed contact, i.e. to the top.
