What to do if the PC speakers are humming after turning on the desk lamp?
I turn on the desk lamp in one extension cord with the computer, the speakers begin to buzz. If you connect something else, then the speakers do not buzz, they buzz only on the lamp. What is the reason?
Hello! Is there a screw-in LED in the lamp? This is most likely the essence. So that the speakers do not buzz, the simplest thing you can do is try to screw in an incandescent lamp or try another LED lamp.
You can also add an EMI filter to the speakers or to the desk lamp. It can be torn out of a switching power supply, as it looks shown in the photo with the board, we also attach its circuit.
A simpler version of this filter is to wrap a wire around a ferrite ring, for example, as is done on USB cords.
You can also (and even need) to shield the speakers - to glue the case with foil or copper tape. This is described in the video. https://youtu.be/EiV9olGcvRA.
