Why is the circuit breaker heated and turned off when the stove is turned on?

An electrical panel has been installed in our apartment. The machine slightly heated up and turned off, to which an electric stove is connected and nothing more. Automatic 4500 C25, previously this was not. For what reason is this happening and what needs to be done?

    Hello! What is the power of the electric stove? Maybe you started turning on more burners and the thermal release in the machine is triggered?
