TV power supply does not work

I stopped showing the LG TV with a 24 V power supply, at first I thought the TV was malfunctioning, deciding that the power supply might have burned out, took the 19 V laptop from the laptop - the TV turned on, but there was only sound and you can switch channels, there is no picture! As I understand it, it just doesn’t pull - the block from the laptop does not fit - therefore, only sound and there is no picture. Does the TV unit not work when connected to a laptop, or is the problem still in the TV? And is it possible to hand over the native unit from the TV for repair? Thank!

The laptop is not burned? Buy a universal block for a laptop, set it to 24 volts, and plug it into the TV. Go to the store with a block from the TV so that the seller selects the current that suits you. More than anything, do not pop anywhere.
