What to look for when choosing an electric meter in an apartment with a boiler?

I want to put an electric boiler for heating at 4.5 kW. I read from you that you need an input cable with a cross section of 4 kV and an automatic machine 25A. Is there a current limit due to the boiler for a two-tariff apartment meter? What parameter should I look for when choosing? Thanks in advance.

    Hello! No, there are no restrictions. And the boiler power is relatively small. You need to buy a meter with a maximum current of more than 25 A. Most modern models will do. There are no other restrictions or recommendations.
