How to connect a 6 kW electric boiler to a 4.5 kW diesel generator?

Good afternoon! Please help solve the problem. We have a diesel generator (380V) 4.5 kW, that is, 1.5 kW for each core. We have an electric boiler of 6 kW (2 kW circuit - only three circuits). And actually the question itself: how to make sure that the electric boiler can work at least on one circuit of 2 kW (when I connect to the generator it naturally turns off because of overload)?

Can I put two phases into one socket (that is, instead of zero there will be phase 2), then we will get a voltage of 380V and what will happen to the boiler?

Hello! You can’t do that. There is an option to connect two heating elements in series - then you can apply for two heating elements 380. There will be a total of less than 2 kW. Another option that is more adequate is to find tenes with the same mount, but less power. For example 1-1.5 kW.
