Hello! It is allowed to install outlets no closer than 60 cm from water. In this case, the sockets must be grounded, waterproof and connected via an RCD. In your case, installation is prohibited in the box. You can do so at your own peril and risk, this is rarely practiced, but then take care of your own safety: put an RCD on 30 mA (or better on 10), make grounding and install a waterproof socket. At the same time, make sure that the mixer does not leak and that there are no real threats of water entering the outlet.
