Is it possible to make electrical contact without plugs?
Is it safe to make such contact without plugs? Attaching photo. Measures were forced because, after the closure, the cork burned out.
If the second plug is working, it is relatively safe. If instead of the second cork the bugs are wound, the wiring will burn more likely than such a “contact”.
