You can, most importantly, correctly connect the wires to it. The socket for the grounding conductor is located in the middle of the euro plug, nothing needs to be connected to it. But the two cores of your wire must be connected to the remaining two sockets. The photo shows the correct connection of the euro plug, in your case, the yellow-green wire should simply be absent, and the corresponding socket in the middle should remain empty.
However, please note that connecting a Euro plug without grounding is not recommended, as An electrical appliance equipped with a euro plug must be earthed.
