Can I connect a cooker hood motor without a control unit?
The control unit refused the hood ... can I remove the unit and connect the hood motor and lighting through a conventional switch?
What kind of control unit was it? Was there a relay on it? Most likely you can connect through a conventional switch. Well, personally, I have not seen hoods with inverter or low voltage motors.
