Is it possible to connect the Armstrong lamp through a plug with a wire?

LED ceiling lamp Armstrong. How to safely connect to a wire with a 220 plug? Is there a plug from the washing machine, is the phase and zero connection important (changing places, the light is still on)? Three-wire wire, do I need to connect the ground somewhere? Is it safe to use this for 8-10 hours on (I want to highlight indoor flowers)?

    Hello! Why can not I buy a normal plug and wire? So you will avoid twisting with a plug from the washing machine. Safety here is ensured by high-quality isolation of all connections and eliminating the possibility of damage to the wire and touching the lamp housing and other current-conducting objects, including touching them by a person. If there is grounding - connect the grounding conductor to the metal parts of the housing.

      Did you mean that you bought a new cord for the washer and want to use it for the lamp? If so, then just plug in and rejoice, following the recommendations described in the previous answer. I meant normal - to buy in a store a piece of PVA or ball screw and a plug - and connect it like that.
