Is it possible to change the rotation speed of the wiper motor

I have a gazelle wiper motor, I want to use it for other purposes, can I do something to change the speed of the motor?

    Hello! You can change the speed of rotation of the motor by changing the supply voltage. But keep in mind -
    Continuous voltage supply above nominal will result in engine failure.
