How to make an electric stove for making shoes?
I need to press the toggle switch and for the signal to go to the time relay (or whatever it is called there), the relay would send the signal further to the spirals after 15 seconds (the time I need to always choose is different), the relay would extinguish the signal. And spirals, as I saw on factory machines, are powerful from searchlights. Spirals need 3 pcs. As I have learned for these spirals need special holders.
Please help me collect this or explain how to implement all this for me. And I’ll already fit the frame myself. Well, what is it for? I am engaged in the production of shoes and I need to heat castings with these spirals so much more practical faster and better. Waiting for your help.
1. Press the toggle switch? They are either in one or another position. You can press the button without locking. Need to press 1 time - 1 time heated? Then you need a 1-button button post. It is possible through the toggle switch, depending on which relay to use. Then it will be: clicked in one direction - turned on, heated, turned off. To heat it a second time, I turned off the toggle switch in the opposite direction and turned it on again. The button in the button post will last longer than the toggle switch.
2. If the toggle switch is as described above, it is connected to the PCA-512U Euroautomotive Relay, you can also PCU-510 in mode A. to the relay output contacts: phase to the movable contact, and spirals to the normally open contact.
3. Through the button, you can control the relay from the same Euroautomatics PCS-506, mode E.
What is the power of the spirals? What are spirals from searchlights? The relay mentioned above can withstand 2 kilowatts, this is 10A, if this is not enough - connect the relay output to the coil of the contactor with the desired rated current (to pull the spirals) and turn on the spirals through the contactor.
4. Helix holders, any fireproof and heat-resistant, for example Asbestos-cement sheet or other asbestos-based materials, you can try to mold from plaster. Screw the spirals to it through spacers so as not to come into contact with the copus. In our home-made heat guns, such sheets were asbestos-cement, apparently - solid, about 1 centimeter thick. In the cannon, bolts were screwed onto the body, and spirals were attached to it through a bolt and nut and pulled between such sheets inside the gun. Also have ceramic holders for heating coilsso look on the Internet where they are sold, they come in different shapes and designs.
You can also make a brick, for example.
