Two phases were applied to the single-phase meter Energomera CE-101 - what now to do?
In the outlet after the counter 400 volts. I understand that instead of the neutral wire they connected another phase. As a result, I have on the counter instead of a linear 220 V, phase. Question: what will happen to the counter? It will be serviceable or under replacement. The vacuum cleaner burned. I measured the voltage and figured out such a picture. New counter in the garage. The wires on the pole were connected by the electricians of the energy sales company after I went through all the established steps and procedures. Question 1 - Did the counter burn out? Question 2. What should I do right?
As I understand it, the electricians plugged in and left, and later you saw that there was 400 volts in the socket, hence the question: is it showing something now, is it lit?
In general, in this case, you should not buy a new one, let the energy company compensate for the damage. This was the fault of the staff. But such a question will most likely have to be resolved through a court.
