Then, from there, raise the wire into the suspended ceiling and reach the toilet already on the ceiling from the bathroom?

Hello! In the voids between the GCR, it is better to further protect the cable by laying it in the corrugation. A cable without corrugation can be laid in a concrete wall. According to the rules, it is recommended that the cable be laid at a distance of at least 10 cm from the doorways.
