Hello! This is a schema taken out of context. Typically, such schemes are accompanied by a description of the modules, and the processes taking place in them. And so, looking at the diagram, it is impossible to say exactly what these elements are. Generally, sensors are so designated. For example, FIR stands for: F- flow rate, I- secondarily showing the device, R- registration of readings (according to GOST 21-208.2013).
