Hello! Do you want to have an existing 9 kW heater to connect as 6 kW or to put another heater (instead of 9 - 6)? If the first - then most likely nothing will work, and where does the cable and the machine to the power of the heating element? This is only possible if the heater is three-phase, i.e. 3 TENs are combined in one TEN unit, then 1 can be simply turned off and 2 of them left. then there will be 6 kW.

If 220, then for a 9 kW boiler, a 50A automatic machine is needed, the cable is not less than 6, and preferably 10 mm².
