How to connect a washing machine and instantaneous water heater to one wire?

Hello! Tell me what to do in this situation. Once upon a time, an electrician led a wire (6 mm) for a instantaneous water heater (and connected it) to the bathroom from the shield. Now it was required to connect the washing machine to the same wire. Is it possible to simply cut the wire and through the terminals to distribute on the machine and heater? Is there any way to make sure that the outlet for the machine is always energized, but the heater is not (the heater is connected directly, not through the outlet)? What equipment is needed, given that all this will be in the bathroom and on top of the walls (what reason, terminal, socket)?

Hello! In order for the heater to remain directly connected directly to the circuit breaker in the panel, you need to make a simple branch to the outlet. What is your heater? 1-3 phases? Power?
It will not work on one line to make a constantly connected outlet and a periodically turning off heater. It is necessary to make an additional shield with a gun for the heater.
    Eventually:
    1. To carry out connections in a moisture-proof (tight) distribution box.
    2. It is better to do this not with terminals, but with welding or soldering, it is also permissible to use crimping using sleeves. If you still want to use the terminal blocks, when choosing, rely on the power of the heater and the machine. The terminal blocks of the VAGO type are most likely not suitable for this situation. It is possible to use large screw terminal blocks, provided that the wires are well drawn and their contact area is large.
    3. Ideally, the junction box should be placed outside the bathroom. Yes, and also take out the outlet outside the zone of water splashing (we described this issue in the article: https://our.electricianexp.com/en/gde-i-kak-raspolozhit-rozetki-v-vannoj-komnate.html.
    4. Cut this cable, from it do a tap to the socket, then connect the line to the heater through an electrical panel with 1 double-pole circuit breaker (you can also put an RCD in it if it is not installed in the apartment panel) and from the panel to the heater. The shield in the bathroom should not be placed. In extreme cases, its degree of protection should be IP68.
