Why does an RCD work when the antenna is connected to the TV?
Good afternoon. The question itself will be at the end, I will describe the situation in detail. The LG flat-screen TV has an earthed plug and is connected to an earthed outlet. When you turn on the antenna cable, an RCD is knocked out into the connector. If you disconnect the ground wire in the outlet, then when the antenna is connected, the TV works, the RCD does not knock out. I have not tried it for more than 10 seconds, I'm not sure of the correctness of the solution.
Phase, zero, earth go to the shield separately. In the guard at the entrance, my zero and the earth come to one block of the machine. We tried to connect the earth to a separate common block in the shield — the RCD works immediately from any consumer. On the common block, with which they tried to connect the earth, there are also zero wires (earth and zero come from the fire pump, attic devices and other common house equipment to the block together). The zero and ground cables in the common riser are separate, they are connected only on the block fixed on the shield without insulation with the shield. Someone called it grounding, someone - TN-C-S. I don’t know how right it is.
Wiring, antenna cables rang, checked, there are no short circuits, there is no voltage on the antenna and the shield either.
There were 4 electricians during the week, but no one said that he was confident in the solution with the TV and in the circuit in the shield.
Questions:
- Which option in this case is the most correct and safe in connecting the TV: remove the earth from the power outlet of the TV or install a ground isolator on the antenna?
- Comment on the situation with the general electrical panel, whether it is necessary to separate all the zeros and grounding in it, does it make sense if the situation on other floors is similar.

The connection of earth and zero must occur BEFORE residual current devices (RCDs). This is TN-C-S, grounding is the connection of the housings of electrical appliances (or their ground terminals) with zero in the absence of a separate grounding conductor.

1. If you unplug the earth from the outlet, it is unlikely that something terrible will happen. Earth is required on appliances such as electric stoves, washing machines, boilers - during the operation of which you can contact their bodies. If you can install the antenna on the insulator, you should try.
