Hello! What 3 wires come to the balcony? This can be phase, zero and ground, or 2 phase wires and zero. Please clarify, without this answer I can’t help you. Connect the outlet from the light switch will not work. The switch breaks the phase only, if you even take the phase from the switch, you will have to take zero from the junction box to power the outlet.
If 3 wires are phase, zero and ground, then first connect the outlet, and from it there is already a light switch, as in the diagram below. Only in your case there will be a single switch, probably.
