Hello! ILV - voltage relay? Why install an iron pin parallel to it, if you simply shunt it and it will not perform its functions, then why use it at all? Overvoltage - contact the organization that is responsible for power supply with this problem. Or install a relay stabilizer as the cheapest way out of this situation.
