I don’t know if it makes sense to put a load switch at the input of the shield if there is a 2-pole AB in the floor shield, from which the apartment shield is powered. I understand that if you redo or replace something, you can also turn off the floor AB, but some put it all the same, and some do not. Does it make sense to overpay for VN?

As I understand it by a load switch, you mean a circuit breaker. The machine is placed on both sides. To turn off all machines, why run into the staircase if you can turn it off in your apartment. The contact system of the introductory machine is stronger than that of a conventional circuit breaker. Therefore, if a vein goes into 10 amperes per comb, then who knows how this machine will behave from above.
